Rudens Sweater by Linda Skuja

Rudens is a Latvian word for autumn.
This design takes the classic concept of crochet cables and gives them a modern twist in the context of the Rudens sweater. While the design boasts an appearance of simplicity, a closer look reveals the intricate mesh segments on the sides and filet crochet “arrows” in the front, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the garment.

The pattern comes in 9 sizes and includes indications for lengthening and shortening the body. It is a straight boxy style sweater with fitted sleeves. The sweater is designed to fit with 7.5-10.5” / 19-26 cm positive ease.
